Shipping and Returns
This is a brand new enterprise and I’m figuring things out as I go along. I want you to be happy with what you buy. If there is something wrong, please contact me at shop at dyedinthewoolhandmade.com and I’ll do what I can to make it right. Unfortunately, anything you ship back has to be at your own expense.
Currently, through my shopping cart I can only ship to destinations within Canada and the US. However, if you are overseas and you’re interested, we can probably work something out. I can get you a shipping estimate for wherever you are.
Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $8 within Canada, $9 for items shipped to the continental US, $12 for items to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping within Canada generally takes 2-7 business days.
Shipping to the continental US generally takes 4-10 business days.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
